How long do your services take?
The first appointment will usually run between 30 and 60 minutes depending on what we are looking at. We tend to be closer to the 30 minute mark.
What happens if you find rodents in my crawl space?
You will need to call a pest company to perform the trapping. Once that is complete, call us to perform the cleaning.
Will you work with my insurance company?
Yes, we will work directly wiht your insurance company and adjuster. However, first and foremost we work for you, the customer.
Do you offer reconstruction services?
We offer full reconstruction services for both residential and commercial buildings.
Do I need to leave my home while you do the crawl space clean up?
No.
Your website says you'll have someone at my location within 24 hours; how long does it take to remove the water?
Dispatch time to your home is between 2 and 4 hours. It usuallly only takes a few hours to remove standing water, but this also depends on how much damage there is, and if there are a lot of contents in the room that need to be moved around. Once water is extracted and drying equipment is in place, it takes a minimum of 3 days to dry again depending on the size of the loss area.
Do you offer clean up services?
Yes, we offer Rat/Racoon dropping cleanup in attics and crawlspaces.
How do I know the odor won't rise into my home?
When the work is performed correctly, such as removing all debris, and replacing insulation, then this should not occur.
Can you help me figure out how to talk to my insurance company about my damage?
Yes, we have done this for many years and have worked with many insurance companies. Talk to us first before you talk to your insurance company.
How long does it take to remove mold from my home?
The average length of time to remove mold would be 1 to 2 weeks depending on how extensive the damage is.
Is there a way I can determine of my mold problem is serious?
Yes. If you call us, we can have mold testing performed.
Do you guarantee that my location will be mold free?
Yes we do. Once remediation is completed you can have your mold testing firm perform a clearance test to certify that you are free of mold.
How do I know if my insurance covers water damage?
We usually will know what is covered and what is not covered. If there is something that we are not sure of, you will need to contact your insurance company, but that usually isn't the case.
What will happen to my flooring; I have carpeting?
We will do everything we can to save your carpet, however, sometimes carpet can be very old and not able to be saved. In those scenarios, it will have to be replaced. This does not happen often, but it does occur.
What will happen to my flooring; I have wood floors?
We can save wood floors within a certain amount of time. The sooner the better.

I have an emergency! When can I call your office?
We have 24/7 emergency services for both water damage and fire damage. You will always reach a live person, so you will not have to go through an answering service.
Do you come to my house for the mold consultation?
Yes, we come to your house for bidding purposes for the mold remediation (cleanup). We do not come out for mold testing or inspections, but we can refer you to some of our bridesmaid dresses partners for those services.
Will you make sure that mold doesn't build up after you extract the water?
Yes. By drying the damaged area properly following the IICRC water damage guidelines, we will make sure that you do not have to worry about mold.
Will you remove my bath/kitchen cabinets?
If the cabinets can't be saved/dried then yes, we will remove those cabinets.
Do you provide reconstruction services along with cleanup?
Yes.
